Meet our Shop Crew! Our head mechanic Mack McInosh (right) has been working with Brad for over 20 years. His son, Mark McIntosh (left) and Patrick Adams (middle) make up an elite team of very skilled heavy machinery and diesel mechanics, who can do everything from building drill rigs to fabricating super loopers. Earthworks is blessed to have such a capable, fantastic crew!

Josh Wolfe

Project Manager

Meet Josh Wolfe! Josh is our newest Project Manager. He is a veteran in the United States military and an integral part of our Earthworks team. We are lucky to utilize his skill and expertise. 

John Stotts

Drilling Supervisor

Meet John Stotts! Mr. Stotts has been with Earthworks for over 20 years. and is our Drilling Supervisor. He is an expert in his field! Mr. Stotts has been a dedicated and loyal member of our team, and we wouldn’t be the same without him!

Patrick Stuart

Header Crew Supervisor

Meet Patrick Stuart! Mr. Stuart has been here with us since July 2006. He is our Header Crew Supervisor and an invaluable member of our team. With Patrick’s 20 year Earthwork’s anniversary right around the corner, we are reminded how thankful we are for his service.

John “Spooky” Markum

Lead Driver

Meet Johnny Markum. Mr. Markum is our lead driver and has been a valued member of Earthworks for over 19 years and is an integral part of our team. His skills and knowledge have added value to our team over the last two decades of his service. 

Shane Cox

Header Technician

Shane Cox is one of the most dedicated header technicians here at Geothermal Earthworks. Shane has been one of the top guys here for over a decade. This technician’s work ethic, and attitude have been invaluable to our business. 

Larry Fuson

Lead Driller

Meet Larry Fuson (left) one of our lead drillers! Mr. Fuson has been with us since 2020. He is joined by his drill technicians Chris Fuson (right), and Jared Eldridge (middle). His technicians are also his family! His son and his nephew. This is a great example of how our family business is also a family business for our employees. This team is not the only family members we have working with one another. 

Joseph Hill

Driller

Joseph “Pepsi” Hill has been drilling with Geothermal for three years. He has been a dedicated driller, and an asset to our team. His unparalleled worth ethic and set of skills makes him the perfect addition to our Earthworks family. 

James Campbell

Drill Team

James Campbell just completed his first year of service here at Earthworks. He is a dedicated Drill hand technician and the perfect addition to his drill team.

Meet another family crew! Driller, Nikchelas Cornett, and his cousin Greg Cornett work side by side with their family friend Tyler Caudill. This unstoppable drill team, has proven to be one of our top producers time and time again. Geothermal is lucky to have such dedicated staff on our team.

James Bostick

Meet James Bostick! James comes to us with a background in excavation and has transferred those skills into his career as a header technician. James has quickly learned this business and gained the valuable career knowledge of this leading industry. He is a perfect example of how a plethora of construction knowledge is transferable to this industry.

Meet Tom Jopling! Mr. Jopling is our in-house financial manager. He brings 35 years of financial experience to our team. He has been and continues to be an invaluable member of our Earthworks family!
